Meet The Team

Toby Crull, Loan Partner, NMLS # 166611

We all have a purpose in life, and we all find this purpose at different times in our lives. My purpose is to help others find their purpose, whether it be an adult or adolescent. I truly was unaware how impactful being in this business can be for the customers we work with on a daily basis. I now want to get to know everyone’s story I come in contact with, get to know them better, and discover their purpose. Ending a conversation with a person, and that person just simply saying “Thank You” is the best feeling and compliment I can get. Coaching basketball has allowed me to be put in a position where I can affect and have on impact on the lives of young men and women. My goal with coaching is to be a mentor to all my players, give them some direction, push them to discover how to challenge themselves more than they thought they had, guide them on how to be better people in society, and be more confident.

Virginia Braswell, Loan Partner, NMLS # 1622689

I love to serve and take care of other people. From a very early age, I helped take care of my twin sister who was born with a non-life threatening birth defect. Since then I have been instilled with a servant’s heart, which prompted me to obtain a business degree with an emphasis in hospitality and spending numerous hours each month volunteering. When our family was relocating right after we were married due to my husband’s military orders, I knew I wanted to find a career that would allow me to utilize my passion and make a difference in other people’s lives. I love my job because it allows me to provide excellent customer service while using fast paced analytical thinking. I love numbers and puzzles, which aids me when putting together the best suited loan package for our borrowers because I want our borrowers to be happy and satisfied knowing that they are getting the best loan scenario based on their story, wants, needs, and goals.

Rhonda Coppo, Senior Loan Processor

I believe that home ownership is one of the top three events that happen in our lives (marriage, children, & buying a house). Not only because it is one of the best financial investments we make during our lifetime, but also because it is the “HUB” for all of our memories that we create with our families. I am truly honored to be trusted enough by our borrowers to have a role in making a dream of theirs reality. I also know that these major life events can be very stressful, especially all that comes with buying a new home. I have bought a few homes during my lifetime and bring my personal experiences to my mortgage loan processing. I strive to keep my borrowers informed every step of the way so they are knowledgeable about each part of the process ahead of time. I love to make that process as worry free and smooth as possible.

Carrie Bishop, Loan Processor

I have been in the mortgage industry since 2000 and understand the stress and worry a borrower can have going into buying their home. I strive to help alleviate this by being approachable and helpful. It is my goal to provide a friendly partner experience with the customer so they are confident, taken care of and informed. A home is generally the biggest financial investment a customer makes in their lives and we have all been there at some point. With the combined experience of our team, our clients know that we care for them every step of the way.

LauraLee Waters, Business Development Manager

In 1997, we purchased the 5th home in our 11 year marriage. I recall what it’s like to purchase as a young and scared couple just making enough money to grab a piece of the American Dream. I remember what it was like to move to a brand new city knowing no one and nothing about how to find doctors, churches, and good schools. I know that a conversation with a complete stranger can make such a difference and how a small and seemingly insignificant kindness matters. I recall how someone I barely knew made me smile, gave me a word of comfort or consolation, and made a difference to me. I want to hear people’s stories and I want to know about their families and their joys. I want to know what makes them smile and what makes them sad. I want to be that “someone” to another person that can make “moving” less challenging and less frightening. I want their Realtor’s to feel at ease and comfortable with me because as a seasoned Realtor, I, too, know how the seemingly insignificant kindnesses can make all the difference.

Sarah Miller, Executive Assistant

Before joining Holly Walther and Team as the Executive Assistant, I was a flight attendant for eight years. Many nights were spent away from home in uncomfortable locations and situations, and I understand how important it is at the end of the day to come home to a place that you can call your sanctuary. I spent long days and nights in unfamiliar cities with people that at times, could be stressed out and unhappy. Having a place to come home to that allowed me to feel calm, comfortable and secure made all the difference. I enjoy playing a part in helping others have a place of their own to come home to after their own daily trials. I have experienced how much of a wonderful difference home ownership has made for myself, and I endear to help make that difference in others lives.

Gary Parkes, Marketing Associate

After going through a challenging period in life, I was asked to work with a mortgage company and found a great fit. I was able to help people with likely the largest purchase in their lives while being able to earn a living supporting my family. I had always been in the service industry and helping people was important to me. I wanted to give people the experience they deserved as if they were my own family. I have now been in the home financing industry for close to twenty years. I love meeting new people, learning about them and their families and playing a small part in their American Dream.
